Refund and Returns Policy

At Infinity Toner Cartridges, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. General Policy

  • All returns and refund requests are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

  • You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied, subject to the conditions below.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Items that have been opened, installed, or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.


3. Defective or Faulty Products

  • If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not functioning as intended, you may request a replacement or refund.

  • Defective products will be tested and verified by our team or the manufacturer.

  • If confirmed faulty, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.


4. Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used cartridges (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, improper storage, or use in incompatible printers.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as β€œnon-returnable.”


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method (EFT or card).

  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty product).


6. Exchanges

  • Where possible, defective or incorrect items will be exchanged for the same product.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or a suitable alternative.


7. Shipping of Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
