5. Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or refund.

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).

• Opened/used cartridges cannot be returned unless defective.

• Defective products will be replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

8. Warranty

• Genuine products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).

• Compatible cartridges are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Toner Cartridges will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
